Photoshoot Pricing
$50 – 30 Minutes, 5 Edited Images
$90 – 1 hour, 10 Edited Images
These rates are for photoshoots with up to two cosplayers. Group rates are available upon request. If you are interested booking for a group photoshoot or meet up, please contact me first.
Additional images can be chosen for editing for $5/image.
A deposit of 50% ($25, or $45 respectively) is due once a date and time have been agreed upon for the photo shoot. The second half is due before the delivery of the preliminary images.
Payments are accepted via Cash App or Venmo.
Cancellation Policy
If a photo shoot is cancelled by you prior to 1 week before the first day of the convention (May 22nd, 2024), the deposit will be refunded. If it is cancelled by you after this date, the deposit will not be refunded.
If I need to cancel the photoshoot, for any reason, the deposit will be refunded regardless of the date.
Release and Consent Agreement
If you are okay with the images being used on my social media platforms and website for promotional and portfolio purposes, and you are over the age of 18, please fill out a release and content form and return it to me electronically, or in person at the time of the shoot.

Delivery of Images
Within 48 hours after the photoshoot a link to preliminary images will be delivered to you. From this list you can choose which photos you would like to be edited.
The final edited images will be delivered within 4 weeks of the end of the convention.
